However, don’t worry—you're not expected to finish your meal in half an hour! Once seated, you can relax and enjoy your dining experience at your own pace

How do I go about making a reservation via NUKHBA?

To secure a reservation, download the app, create a user account, and explore the diverse range of restaurants in your vicinity. Pick your desired time slot, number of diners and confirm your reservation, and savor the benefits. Please note that while some restaurants may charge a small booking fee, it'll be adjusted against your final dining bill.

Can the reservation be cancelled or modified on NUKHBA?

Absolutely! We understand plans can change, so we give you the flexibility to modify or cancel your reservations. However, do keep in mind that booking fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Reservations can be modified, subject to availability, without any additional charges. Extra guest can't be added while modifying the booking.

What payment methods are accepted for paying the booking fee?

We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED for payment of the booking fee.

What if I don't receive a confirmation after booking?

Can I transfer my booking fee to another reservation if I need to change my plans?

Unfortunately, booking fees cannot be transferred between reservations.

Is the booking fee different for peak and off-peak hours?

What happens if I arrive early/late for my reservation?

Given Nukhba's time-dependent discounts, arriving within a 15-minute window of your reserved time is crucial. If you arrive earlier or later than this timeframe, the restaurant reserves the right to request you to wait or decline your reservation. However, if they choose to accommodate you, they will honor the discount you've secured.

Are there any penalties for late cancellations or no-shows regarding the booking fee?

Booking fees are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows as they secure your discounted timeslot.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

You can make reservations at your favorite restaurants up to 14 days in advance.

How many reservations can I have at once?

You can maintain a maximum of 3 active reservations at any given time.

Do I need to present the confirmation receipt to the restaurant?

Generally, your name is sufficient for the restaurant to recognize your reservation. However, be prepared to present proof if requested.

What are "special conditions" and why is it important to check before booking reservations?
